Industrial: Total of 37 units at 204.4 or 408.8 square metres on Amington Industrial Estate, plus nine modern single storey workshop units ranging in size from 54.8 to 110 square metres. There’s also Tamworth Business Centre, made up of 29 warehouse/workshop units in a variety of sizes.
Office: Affordable serviced offices for small businesses at Tamworth Enterprise Centre, including meeting space and virtual offices. We are currently developing a second enterprise hub on the site of the former Tamworth Co-operative Society.
Retail: Total of 44 various lock-up retail properties based across 11 local shopping areas across the borough. We also own 18 retail units in the town centre of various sizes.
