We have a range of free training sessions planned throughout 2026 to help tenants build skills, confidence, and knowledge. Sessions are delivered by trusted partners, including TPAS and Four Million Homes, and are offered both in person and through screened webinars to make them as accessible as possible.
Webinar sessions are delivered as group screenings of recorded Four Million Homes webinars, allowing tenants to watch together even if they have limited digital skills or internet access. These webinars are also freely available to anyone at any time online via the Four Million Homes website:

Some sessions are open to all tenants, while others are designed specifically for involved tenants. Involved tenants are those who take an active role in tenant engagement activities, such as joining tenant groups or panels, taking part in scrutiny work, or helping to shape and improve housing services.
