Tamworth Castle celebrates Coracle Connections this September

Tamworth Borough Council is inviting everyone to a FREE craft event as part of the national Heritage Open Days. This event will be all about coracles – a small, lightweight boat - and everyone is welcome on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September.

Tamworth #StandWithUkraine

Tamworth Borough Council is showing continued support for the people of Ukraine by flying the Ukraine flag from Tamworth Castle and Marmion House and lighting the castle in blue and yellow on the 23 August, which is Ukraine flag day and, 24 August, Ukraine Independence Day.
